Hands Of Mercy Massage: Important Policies & Procedures

Reservation Policy

A credit card is required to reserve your therapist and therapy room. You must be 15 or over to receive massage treatments.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

We do understand that “life”  happens from time to time, however, the room is reserved especially for you and our therapists get paid even when our clients do not make it to their appointments, for this reason, we appreciate and thank you for understanding observing the following policies:

You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your scheduled appointment.

Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

If you do not cancel your appointment or you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.

If you are booking your massage within 24 hours of the actual appointment, there is no cancellation and you will be charged the full amount of the appointment if you do not show up.

Late Arrivals

Appointments will be automatically cancelled 15 minutes after the scheduled massage start time and charged according to the cancellation policy.

With proper advance notification of your late arrival, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and when our schedule allows.

If we are running late we will give you your full treatment time for the service you reserved or if you prefer you may reschedule your appointment with no additional fees.

You may request your preferred therapist. If your preferred therapist is unavailable we will suggest a therapist for you based on your need.   If you are scheduled with your preferred therapist and that therapist has a last minute change in his or her schedule we reserve the right, and will make every effort to assign you with another competent therapist. If we are unable to find a therapist for you on the day of your scheduled appointment, due to a last minute schedule change, we will call you to reschedule your appointment.

Your Comfort

Speak with the therapist directly about style and depth of pressure. For massage, you should undress to the extent comfortable for you. We provide full draping for the comfort of our clients and safe, non-sexual massage.

Personal Hygiene

Please maintain personal hygiene. Showering before your massage is required. In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized to medical standards after every service and treatment.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept both cash, checks and all major credit cards. Credit card is required to reserve appointment time.

Refund Policy

Gift Cards, massage packages are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Monthly membership charges may be used according to Membership Policy and are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable. Un-used sessions will not be available for use if membership is terminated.

A gratuity is a gift, and it’s appreciated. It is traditional to tip if you feel you have received excellent service. If you would like to tip, 15-20 percent is a good guideline. If you wish to tip your therapist, you may give it to them directly or leave it at the front desk using cash, credit or debit upon check out.

Termination policy

Is by request with a 30 day notice.

Credit card/debit card is declined for 2 months.

Non usage of the membership after 6 months.

Inappropriate sexual advances/suggestions will result in an immediate termination of all membership benefits.
